Welcome to LAIR!
LAIR is a non-profit association of those working in or interested in Institutional Research (IR) in the state of Louisiana. LAIR hosts a yearly conference and/or workshops for IR professionals which addresses issues of interest to the institutional researcher. LAIR members come from all five of Louisiana's higher educational systems and the Louisiana Board of Regents.
The Louisiana Association for Institutional Research’s (LAIR) 2025 Conference is in the books, and plans for the 2026 LAIR Conference are underway!
